Good location near Stevenage Hospital and convenient for dropping off Christmas presents and visiting friends. Clean rooms and comfortable beds.- Friendly and helpful staff, especially Marcia and Tara.
Did not get the requested disabled room and had a bath instead of a shower. Not enough sleeping space for a family, with only one single bed and a double bed that was too high off the floor.

The hotel is conveniently located next to a roundabout, making it easy to access. There is also a good restaurant nearby, providing guests with plenty of dining options. there is a pub opposite the hotel, perfect for those looking for a drink or a lively atmosphere. the rooms are clean and the staff is very helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. Guests can also enjoy a delicious breakfast at the nearby Beefeater, where the friendly and hardworking staff serve a tasty meal.
Some previous guests have mentioned that the hotel lacks air conditioning, which can be uncomfortable, especially during hot summer days.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel on the outskirts of town. The location, just off the A602 motorway, was incredibly convenient for my travels. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that my needs were met throughout my stay. The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with mobile charging points conveniently located by the bed. I stayed on floor two, right next to the lift, and was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and offered a great variety of options.
All aspects of my stay were just perfect.

We enjoyed our romantic escape at this hotel. the staff was welcoming and accommodating, the room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area as it was situated within walking distance of some charming shops and restaurants.
The hotel didn't have air conditioning. As we stayed during the summer months, the room became very warm and stuffy without any way to cool it down.
